1. Seller Agreement
By registering as a seller on Sloxly, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
2. Seller Obligations
- Provide accurate registration details (name, email, phone, country, developer type).
- Submit only original or properly licensed digital products.
- Provide support for sold products as described in your listing.
- Respond to buyer support tickets within a reasonable timeframe.
- Comply with all applicable laws related to your products.
3. Product Listing
- Products must pass our review process before being listed.
- Descriptions must accurately represent the product's features and limitations.
- Screenshots and demos must be genuine representations.
- Products violating our Prohibited Products policy will be rejected.
4. Revenue & Commission
Sloxly retains a platform commission on each sale. Net earnings after commission are available for withdrawal per our Earnings Guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your products. By listing on Sloxly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your products on our platform.
6. Liability
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products do not infringe on third-party intellectual property. Sloxly is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers regarding product quality or IP claims.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations. See our Account Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration where applicable.
