Captcha Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By integrating or interacting with Sloxly Captcha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sloxly Captcha is a bot detection and human verification service. It provides website operators with embeddable widgets and server-side APIs to protect forms, login pages, and other web interactions from automated abuse.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Sloxly Captcha to:
- Protect web forms from spam and automated submissions.
- Verify that interactions on your website are performed by humans.
- Access aggregated verification analytics through the Developer Console.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service to collect, harvest, or store personal data of end users beyond what the Service provides.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the captcha widget or API.
- Manipulate or forge captcha tokens, verification responses, or API requests.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
- Intentionally overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
5. API Keys & Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your Site Key and Secret Key confidential. Any activity that occurs using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must regenerate your keys immediately via the Developer Console.
6. Rate Limits & Fair Use
The Service may enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability. Excessive or abusive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.
7. Service Availability
Sloxly strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sloxly shall not be held liable for:
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- False positives (legitimate users being incorrectly flagged) or false negatives (bots passing verification).
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sloxly, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
