This Privacy Policy explains how Sloxly Captcha ("the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when website operators integrate our captcha verification system on their websites and applications.

Information We Collect

When you interact with a Sloxly Captcha widget on any website, we collect the following data to determine whether the interaction is made by a human or an automated bot:

• Browser & Device Information — User agent string, browser language, screen resolution, and device type (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Interaction Data — Mouse movement patterns, click behavior, scroll activity, and touch events. This data is analyzed in real time and is not stored in a personally identifiable form.
• Network Information — IP address (anonymized and hashed), referring domain, and request timestamps.
• Technical Signals — WebDriver detection flags, JavaScript execution environment characteristics, and timing data.

How We Use This Information

The collected information is used exclusively to:

1. Determine Human vs Bot — Analyze interaction patterns to distinguish legitimate users from automated scripts.
2. Improve Security — Enhance our detection algorithms and reduce false positives.
3. Generate Verification Tokens — Issue time-limited cryptographic tokens that confirm a user has passed verification.
4. Provide Analytics — Supply aggregated, anonymous statistics to website operators via the Developer Console (e.g., total verifications, success/failure rates).

Data Retention

• Verification Tokens — Expire and are automatically purged after 5 minutes.
• Captcha Logs — Retained for up to 90 days for security analysis, then permanently deleted.
• Telemetry Data — Processed in real time and discarded immediately after the verification decision is made. Raw telemetry is never stored persistently.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third parties. Verification results (pass/fail) are shared only with the website operator who integrated the captcha. No personal data is included in these results.

Cookies

Sloxly Captcha does not set any cookies on the end user's browser. All verification is performed through server-side token exchange.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The captcha system is a passive security tool and does not require users to create accounts or provide personal details.

Your Rights
