1. Marketplace Rules
By using Sloxly, you agree to abide by these terms. Sloxly is a marketplace platform connecting digital product sellers with buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not the seller of products.
2. Purchase Terms
All purchases grant you a license to use the product as described by its license type. You receive a license key and download access upon successful payment. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes where required.
3. License Usage Rules
- Personal License: Use on one personal, non-commercial project.
- Commercial License: Use on one commercial project. No resale of the product itself.
- Extended License: Use on unlimited projects with resale rights for end products.
Redistribution of source code, sharing license keys, or nullifying products is strictly prohibited.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are granted for technical issues not resolved by the seller within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Account Termination
Sloxly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the refund system, or distribute purchased products without authorization.
6. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the quality, legality, and support of their products. Sloxly reviews products but does not guarantee they are free of all defects. Sellers must provide support for the duration specified in their product listing.
7. Intellectual Property
Products listed on Sloxly remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Buyers receive a license, not ownership of the source code.
8. Authentication & OAuth
By using Sloxly login ("Continue with Sloxly") on third-party applications, you authorize sharing your profile data as shown on the consent screen. You may revoke access at any time from your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sloxly is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased on the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sloxly constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
