Onboarding & KYC Policy

1. Seller Registration
To sell on Sloxly, you must complete the seller application providing: full name, username, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, developer type, and optional bio/avatar.
2. Application Review
- All applications are reviewed by the Sloxly team.
- Review typically takes 1-3 business days.
- You will receive an email notification upon approval or rejection.
- Rejected applicants may re-apply with updated information.
3. KYC Requirements
For sellers requesting production mode access or high-volume payouts, additional verification may be required:

4. Verification Statuses
| Status | Description |

| Unverified | New account, testing mode only |
| Pending Review | Verification submitted, awaiting admin review |
| Verified | Full production access |
| Rejected | Verification denied — can resubmit with additional documents |
5. Data Handling
KYC documents are stored securely and encrypted. They are accessible only to authorized admin staff and are retained until 2 years after account closure.
