Vendor Account Policy

1. Account Creation
Seller accounts require approval. Register with full name, username, email, phone, country, developer type. Applications are reviewed within 1-3 days.
2. Account Security
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Report unauthorized access immediately.
- Session fingerprinting and periodic ID regeneration protect your session.
- Seller sessions are separate from buyer sessions (multi-portal SSO).
3. Account Status
| Status | Description |

| Active | Full access to seller dashboard and features |
| Pending | Application submitted, awaiting review |
| Suspended | Account temporarily restricted due to policy violation |
| Rejected | Application denied — may re-apply |
4. Suspension Reasons
- Uploading prohibited or infringing content.
- Manipulating reviews or sales metrics.
- Non-responsive to buyer support tickets for extended periods.
- Violating content guidelines or platform policies.
- Fraudulent payout requests.
5. Account Deletion
- Sellers may request account deletion via support.
- All active products will be delisted.
- Pending earnings must be withdrawn before deletion.
- Financial records retained for 7 years for compliance.
