Account Policy

1. Account Creation
To use Sloxly, you must create an account by providing a valid username, email, and password. You may also sign up using Google OAuth. Each user receives a unique ID upon registration.
2. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Passwords must meet minimum security requirements (length, complexity).
- We use session fingerprinting and periodic session regeneration for added protection.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.
3. One Account Policy
Users are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, refunds, or the coupon system is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts.
4. Account Types

| Buyer | Browse, purchase, download products, manage licenses, submit support tickets |
| Seller | All buyer access + list products, manage sales, earnings & withdrawal |
| Developer | Access Developer Console, create OAuth/Captcha credentials, manage API keys |
5. Account Suspension
Sloxly may suspend or restrict your account for:
- Violating Terms & Conditions or any platform policy.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
- Distributing nullified or pirated products.
- Abusing the refund system.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
6. Account Deletion
- You may request account deletion from your profile settings or by contacting support.
- Account deletion is processed within 30 days.
- Purchase history and license keys are retained for 7 years for legal/tax compliance.
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon deletion.
7. Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be flagged. We will send a notification email before taking any action. Accounts with active licenses or purchase history are never automatically deleted.
