1. Digital Products
All products sold on Sloxly are digital goods. There is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, you receive:
- Instant download access via your dashboard.
- A unique license key tied to your purchase.
- Email confirmation with order details.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

3. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- Sloxly does not store your credit card or banking details.
- Transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
- Seller coupons may be applied at checkout for eligible products.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are displayed in INR.
- Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider at their current exchange rates.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation:
- Payment is processed by the gateway.
- Order is created in your Sloxly account.
- License key is generated and stored in your dashboard.
- Download link becomes available immediately.
- Confirmation email is sent to your registered email.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, no order is created and no charge is applied. If you are charged but don't receive your product, contact support immediately with your transaction reference.
7. Invoices
Invoices are automatically generated for all purchases and accessible from your order history in the dashboard.
