Developer Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a developer account on Sloxly or accessing our APIs, you agree to these Developer Terms of Service. These terms supplement the general User Terms of Service.
2. Developer Account
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, API keys).
- Never share, expose, or commit credentials to public repositories.
- One developer account per individual or legal entity.
3. API Usage
- API access is provided for legitimate integration purposes only.
- Rate limits must be respected. Excessive requests may result in throttling or suspension.
- You must implement proper error handling for API responses.
- Caching of API responses is encouraged to reduce unnecessary calls.
4. OAuth Integration
- You must clearly display the permissions your application requests during the consent screen.
- You may only request scopes that your application genuinely needs.
- Access tokens must be stored securely and never exposed to client-side code.
- You must respect user revocation of access at all times.
5. Captcha Service
- Captcha keys must only be used on the domains registered in your project.
- You must not bypass, circumvent, or reverse-engineer the captcha verification process.
- Captcha verification must always include server-side validation.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using APIs to collect, scrape, or harvest user data without consent.
- Building applications that facilitate spam, phishing, or fraud.
- Reselling API access or creating derivative API services.
- Impersonating Sloxly or misrepresenting your application's affiliation.
7. Termination
Sloxly may suspend or terminate developer access for violations. Upon termination, all API credentials are revoked and you must delete any cached user data within 48 hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
APIs are provided "as is" without warranty. Sloxly is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from API usage.
