Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Refund Overview

Because Sloxly sells digital products that are delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All products are available for preview (screenshots, demos, descriptions) before purchase.

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact the seller through the support ticket system first.
  2. If unresolved within 7 days, submit a refund request to Sloxly support.
  3. Provide your order number, reason for refund, and evidence (screenshots, error logs).
  4. Our team reviews the request within 3-5 business days.
  5. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. License Revocation

Upon refund approval, the associated license key is immediately revoked and download access is removed. Any continued use of the product after refund constitutes a violation of our terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by contacting support@sloxly.com with additional evidence. Final decisions are made at Sloxly's discretion.
