Tax & Invoicing Policy

1. Platform Tax Handling
Sloxly collects and remits applicable taxes on behalf of sellers where required by law. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the buyer's location.
2. Taxes Applicable

3. Seller Tax Obligations
- Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying income tax on their net earnings.
- Sellers in India must provide PAN and GST numbers (if applicable).
- International sellers must comply with their local tax laws.
- Sloxly provides sales reports and earning summaries for tax filing purposes.
4. Invoicing
4.1 Buyer Invoices
Auto-generated for every purchase. Includes: order number, product details, price breakdown (subtotal, tax, total), payment method, and date.
4.2 Seller Commission Invoices
Sloxly generates monthly commission invoices for sellers showing total sales, commission deducted, taxes withheld, and net payout amount.
4.3 Payout Receipts
Generated for each successful withdrawal, showing the amount, payout method, processing date, and reference number.
5. Tax Reports
Sellers can download annual tax summary reports from their dashboard including:
- Total gross sales
- Total commission paid to Sloxly
- Total taxes collected
- Net earnings after all deductions
- Withdrawal history
6. Dispute & Corrections
If you believe there is an error in tax calculation or invoicing, contact support@sloxly.com with your seller ID and the specific transaction reference.
